Service Request Form

We understand that even if a service call is not an emergency, it is a priority.  We pride ourselves on customer service and schedule all service requests as soon as possible.  After filling out the form, our service manager will contact you to confirm a day and time.

If this is an emergency, please call us at 631-771-3199.  If you are calling after hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday, please leave a message with our answering service for our on call technician.  Please note, HTE has a signed agreement with the answering service to ensure your information remains confidential.

New Client Service Information Request Form

Thank you for considering HTE (home technology experts).  After filling out the service information request form below, our service manager will contact you with our rates by the end of the next business day, if not sooner. We value both our current and prospective clients, attending to every request as soon as possible. During exceptionally busy periods, calls may be scheduled a maximum of two weeks out. 

If this is a true emergency, please call 631-771-3199 and our service manager will try to accommodate you within 24 hours.  Please note, there may be an additional $200 fee for an emergency system takeover.  If this is the case, you will be notified in advance.
