HTE Design Retainer - Starlink

The cost quoted covers a four-hour period where a field engineer will conduct an exhaustive examination of your home to determine the viability of integrating a Starlink system for internet backup. Additionally, this duration allows for a design engineer to generate the subsequent outputs:

• A thorough equipment recommendation, inclusive of model numbers.

• An itemized labor estimation for setting up the proposed equipment.

• Constant, round-the-clock support provisions for your Starlink backup system.

Any required extra time will incur charges of $205 per hour per engineer and $175 per hour per technician. In the event the Starlink solution is found unsuitable, any leftover time will be converted into a credit. Please note, this service is non-refundable.
